About Cookie Mom Cookies
The Cookie Mom is me, Amber Freeman. I have been baking cookies
for my family for many years. I started baking cookies for my kids'
school functions. One day, I realized that the teachers had a
nickname for me -- The Cookie Mom. Well, the name stuck. And so
did my love for baking cookies. I always dreamed of owning my own
business, and finally, that dream is a reality!
For the past several years, I've been baking cookies for customers
throughout the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty area. Each batch of
cookies is made from scratch and rolled out by hand -- right in my
own cookie shop. I guarantee my cookies are the softest, freshest
and finest looking cookies you'll ever have the pleasure to munch.
What I Do
Cookies, cookies and more cookies, for all occasions. My specialty is
custom-decorated sugar cookies for holidays, birthdays, baby
showers, customer appreciation days, retirement parties, to send a
smile or to just say "thanks."
I also make and decorate cakes as well. Check out a few pictures on
the "traditional" page. I am licensed to bake goodies for other
businesses, from hotels to banks to grocery stores and everything in

I also whip up traditional favorites and a few of my very own creations,
including chocolate chip, monster, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and
mayonnaise, just to name a few.
